Paul Lewis - Executive Chef
Paul joined Prezzo back in 2004 as our Executive Chef, the creative force behind all the dishes on the Prezzo menu.
Paul has over 20 years experience working in the restaurant industry at all different levels both front and back of house. From a young age Paul helped his parents in their bakery.
Paul’s career has taken him all over the world, from being a personal chef to a wealthy family in the West Indies, to grape picking in South Africa and travelling through Europe meeting suppliers and produces of food and wine!
Paul sums up his work at Prezzo – "I love the buzz of a busy Saturday night shift, the thanks and appreciation you receive from people enjoying what you have cooked for them.
The most enjoyable part of my job is the people I work with, and the journey they go on with you, seeing them develop and grow. This is one of the many reasons why I love working at Prezzo!"
