How do I make changes to my reservation?

If you made a booking by telephone please call up the restaurant you have booked. To find the contact details for our Prezzo restaurants click here. If you have made the booking online please refer to the booking confirmation email you would have been sent and changes can be made if necessary.

Can I use my Tesco Clubcard tokens in a Prezzo restaurant?

Tesco Clubcard tokens can be used in all of our Prezzo restaurants. But please note you can’t use them in conjunction with any other offer, discount, set menu or takeaway and it doesn’t cover the cost of drinks.

Can I use my Taste Card in a Prezzo restaurant?

Yes we do accept taste cards and the offer is 2 for 1 and across all courses ordered (starters, mains and desserts); the cheapest or equivalent dish of each course being free. This is an offer for 6 people per taste card, although multiple cards can be used for your party.

We apologise the taste card can’t be used all day Friday and Saturdays, Bank Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s day, Easter Weekend (Friday to Monday inclusive) and throughout the month of December.

This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or set menu and is not valid on take-away sales.

Can an offer voucher be used for the whole group or party?

One voucher is all that is needed for a whole group or party, but check the terms and conditions found on the voucher.

Do Prezzo restaurants have set menus for parties?

Yes we do and these are normally recommended for parties of 7+ people they can also be viewed if you click here.

Are you restaurants suitable for Children?

Prezzo restaurants are child and family friendly. We offer a children’s menu click here to view.

Do you have any allergy or nutritional information available?

Do Prezzo restaurants use GM (Genetically Modified) products?

Prezzo restaurants do not use GM products to the best of our knowledge and from the guidance of our suppliers.

Are Prezzo restaurant employees paid minimum wage in full?

All of our employees are paid the minimum of the National Minimum Wage (NMW) in full and all tips are paid in addition to NMW.

Do all Prezzo restaurant employees receive their tips and why is there a 10% administration charge?

Tips are paid to staff in addition to their hourly rate which is a minimum of the National Minimum Wage (NMW) – tips are not used to subsidise a staff pay in any way. Credit card tips are subject to a 10% deduction to cover credit card fees payroll and other house costs prior to the distribution in full to employees. All cash tips are retained in full by the waiting staff and may or may not be shared with other employees in the restaurant. The company does not participate in cash tips in any way.

I won a Prezzo Gold V.I.P card what are the terms and conditions for when I use it?

1. Prezzo Gold V.I.P Card enables the customer to have a discount of 50% from their total Prezzo bill.
2. Valid until 31 December 2011.
3. Valid 7 days a week.
4. Valid for up to 6 people at any one time.
5. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, Tesco tokens, discount or set menu, and is not valid on take-away sales.
6. This card is not valid at Chimichanga or Caffe Uno restaurants.
7. Prezzo reserves the right to withdraw this discount at any time.
